Caitlin joined the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation in July of 2022.  Caitlin earned her dual bachelor’s in Elementary Education and Special Education in 2013 from Slippery Rock University.  Previously, Caitlin has served the special education population as a Special Education Teacher and continues to be an advocate for special needs children. Currently, Caitlin is working towards her master’s program at Goucher College in Administration and Leadership.  Caitlin is excited to be a member of the STEM team to advocate for children’s positive experiences and education nationwide.
