The Ripken Foundation teamed up with Niagara Cares in Baltimore for our girls empowerment program, I'm GREAT. Girls from the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Baltimore joined us at the Living Classrooms UA House to learn lessons structured around evidence-based practices. Through a combination of sports, leadership activities, and mentoring, the girls gain the tools to make positive decisions, break down social barriers, and develop into healthy, empowered young women.
