The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation, Bill Ripken, and Cal Ripken, Jr. pledged $100,000 to launch the "Strike Out Hunger" campaign through our partnership with Feeding America to reach those most in need of food and essential products. The Ripken Foundation recognizes that in times of crisis, we must help to address the most basic needs of the underserved kids and families we impact. So, together with Feeding America and local food banks, we hope to provide families with some comfort and stability in these uncertain times.
So far, our “Strike Out Hunger” team has grown exponentially thanks to the generous support of our corporate partners, individual donors, and the Ripken Foundation Board of Directors.
Niagara Cares has given us a $250,000 Challenge Match so you can now double your impact with a $1 for $1 match. Your donation will support this coordinated effort to help kids and families we impact across the country suffering from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
