Last week, the Program Team traveled to Weatherford, OK to officially open our first STEM Center in the state of Oklahoma!
In partnership with Devon Energy, the Ripken Foundation is opening five new STEM Centers in Oklahoma and New Mexico. Our first STEM Center opened at Burcham Elementary School in Weatherford, OK on May 8 with a school-wide assembly followed by a ribbon cutting. We are so excited to have Burcham Elementary School as our newest STEM Center, and cannot wait to bring the other new STEM Centers on board.
