The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation hosted a Healthy Lifestyles Clinic at the BGC of Kern County in December of 2021. Youth participated in a multi-sport clinic and saw a K9 presentation. To highlight the importance of eating healthy, chef's at the BGC of Kern County led the youth through a nutrition activity from the Ripken Playbook!
