90-second Recovery!
Circuit 2: 6-minutes total
- High knees x 20
- Jumping jacks x 20
- Burpee x 10
Cool-Down: 30-seconds per exercise
- Kneeling hip flexor
- Chest openers
- Child’s pose
- Seated hamstring
- Seated reaches
- Lying piriformis
