Nick Paolucci

Nick Paolucci joined the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation in the summer of 2025, bringing a strong background in administration and a passion for youth development. He graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Prior to joining the Foundation, Nick worked for eight years as an administrative assistant at Meridian Financial Management, where he honed his organizational and operational skills. Now, as part of the Ripken Foundation team, he is excited to contribute to the Foundation's mission and values and is enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.
