Molly Boncaro

Molly Boncaro is a strategic fundraising executive with over twenty years of experience building and leading national development initiatives for mission-driven organizations. She joins the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation with a proven track record of securing and stewarding multi-million-dollar partnerships with individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Throughout her career, Molly has been instrumental in designing and executing comprehensive donor strategies that foster deep, lasting relationships. Her expertise in donor engagement and portfolio growth has directly contributed to raising funds for critical youth and education programs. Prior to joining the Foundation, she served in senior leadership roles at United Way Worldwide and United Way of Central Maryland, where she spearheaded innovative digital fundraising platforms and managed complex, national campaigns.
Molly is passionate about leveraging data-driven strategy and authentic storytelling to connect donors with tangible impact. She holds a B.A. in Theology from Loyola University in Baltimore and is dedicated to advancing the Foundation's mission to build character and teach critical life lessons to young people across the country.
