Madyson Fowlkes

Madyson Fowlkes joined the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation in July 2024 as a STEM Intern and became a full-time employee in January 2026. She is a recent graduate of Morgan State University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in criminal justice.

During her internship, Madyson gained hands-on experience working with youth in educational settings, strengthening her passion for mentorship and community impact. Now, as a member of the Ripken Sr. Foundation team, she is excited to contribute to the Foundation’s mission and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.
