Justin joined CRSF in July 2025 and brings more than 20 years of experience in youth development, mentorship, and human services. Originally from southern Virginia, Justin moved to Baltimore to attend Morgan State University, where he earned a degree in sociology. While at Morgan State, he was a member of the football team and became a three-time All-American. After graduation, Justin had opportunities to join the NFL, CFL, and AFL, ultimately spending the majority of his playing career in arena football. He won two Arena Bowl championships with the Philadelphia Soul in 2016 and 2017 and made First Team All-Arena 3 times.

Prior to joining CRSF, Justin served with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore, where he began as a Youth Development Coordinator and advanced to Area Director for Howard County. In that role, he played a pivotal part in establishing the organization’s first clubs in Howard County. Under his leadership, Justin helped launch the first Boys & Girls Club on a college campus in the United States. Justin looks forward to bringing his leadership and passion for the youth to help drive the mission of CRSF forward.
