Will Trumm

Will Trumm serves as TVA’s Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative & Human Resources Officer, leading the essential services for TVA that support our most valuable asset: our people.

He previously served as Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Labor Relations. In that role, he led talent acquisition, career planning and growth, compensation, benefits and wellbeing, HR support services and HR partnerships to deliver an efficient and agile human resources service model that enabled enterprise effectiveness.

Will is a strategic and trusted leader, known for driving execution of organizational change management, culture transformation and workforce development programs that catalyze employee engagement and align people and resources to deliver results.

He began his career with TVA in 2013. Since that time, he has served in senior management roles in the areas of labor and employee relations and human resources business partnerships, including a role as Vice President of Labor Relations and Workforce Development. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in human resources. Prior to joining TVA, he held management roles with both Amazon and Home Depot.

Will graduated with a bachelor’s in business administration and an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He also received his Juris Doctorate from the Lincoln Memorial University School of Law. He was recently named to Governor Lee’s TN Workforce Development Board, LECET (Laborers National) and Impact (Ironworkers).

He currently resides in Knoxville with his wife, Jennifer, and their two daughters, Bailey and Reagan.
