Tony D'Achino joined the organization in April 2025 and brings 15 years of experience in Secondary Education. Originally from Baltimore, MD, Tony earned degrees in Social Sciences and Secondary Education from Towson University. Prior to joining the team, he held roles at Baltimore County Public Schools and The York County School of Technology. Tony brings a robust skill set that empowers him to design innovative curricula, manage strategic events and programs, and engage effectively with community stakeholders while leveraging data-driven decision-making. His leadership and team-building abilities, combined with strong public speaking, fundraising acumen, and crisis management expertise, enable him to create dynamic, safe, and result-oriented environments.

An avid tabletop gamer and lacrosse enthusiast, he blends his personal passions with a deep commitment to STEM and education.
