Naijay Adams

Naijay Adams started at The Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation in August 2025. She attended Morgan State University where she graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Through her matriculation in undergrad, she grew a great love for community bonding and advocating for those who could not advocate for themselves. Whilst working in schools with our thriving elderly community, as well as doing many outreach programs with the young adults in her community, Naijay has always had a sense of volunteering and care for those around her. Prior to working with the Cal Ripken Foundation, she held host of accounting positions in the healthcare and advertising industry where she has honed her accounting skills working with a vast and diverse group of people. She’s excited to continue to give her skills back to the community working alongside the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation team in all the ways she knows how.
