Kaitlin Rowan

Kaitlin joined the foundation in January 2015 as a Program Coordinator.  Prior to joining the foundation she received her Master’s at the University of Tennessee in kinesiology with a concentration in sport psychology.  While at UT, Kaitlin served as the physical education intern for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley and worked as a mental skills coach with an elite youth soccer team, FC Alliance.  Kaitlin completed her undergraduate degree at Washington College in psychology and sociology, and played DIII volleyball.  Kaitlin is very passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
