Courtney joined the foundation in May 2017 as a Program Coordinator. Prior to the foundation she was a Program Aide at the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Courtney played Division III basketball at Drew University, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. While at Drew University, Courtney started Drew Unified with the goal of pairing athletes with and without intellectual disabilities on sports teams in order for them to learn tolerance. Courtney is very happy to be a member of the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation team and to continue working with youth in a positive environment.
