Andre joined the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation in July 2023. Prior to the Foundation, he worked in healthcare focusing on the mental health and substance abuse populations. He left healthcare to pursue project management where he began working in virtual education with K-12 online schools across the country. He is passionate about serving his community and spends his spare time as a head coach of a local AAU basketball program for high school boys.  As a member of the Ripken Foundation's STEM program, Andre will be working as a project coordinator to ensure that all new STEM program sites receive all necessary tools and resources to be successful.
