Natalie Caterino


Before joining the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation as a Development Assistant, Natalie was a Program Administrator at Allegis Group. In her position, Natalie built all administrative processes and procedures for their flagship innovation program from the ground up. Additionally, she created and facilitated a new quarterly planning event for over 100 employees and became a Certified Scrum Master. Natalie is excited to dive headfirst into the nonprofit waters and contribute to the Foundation’s mission of improving the lives of underserved youth across the country.
